2008/2009 Port St. John Soccer Club Partnership Form

PSJ Soccer Club is a non-profit organization run by parent volunteers. Located on Canaveral Groves Blvd., between

US 1 and Grissom Pkwy. We offer families of North and Central Brevard County, recreational and competitive

soccer for boys and girls ages 4 and up. Our new Mighty-Kickers program provides non-competitive instruction for 3

and 4 year olds and their parents! Fun, fitness, and family are what we're all about.

Through our partnership programs, businesses like yours can play an active role in providing a fun, safe place for

our youth to play soccer with friends and family. It’s a great way for your business to build goodwill with the

All Partnerships are offered on a First Come/First Pay basis. Full and Returning Partners may request to have

their logo on a particular coach’s or player’s team jersey. (There is no guarantee that the team or coach you
request will be the team or coach you receive.) Partners cannot request that a player be placed on a specific team.
All Partner monies are deposited into the Club’s general fund and used to benefit the interests of the club as a
